Terms of Service

Effective October 8, 2026. By ordering from Hotel Supply House (operated by Tony Wilson & Associates/TWA Printing), you agree to these terms.

Orders and quotes

Every order or quote request receives a project number for tracking. Quote requests are not orders; nothing is produced until you approve a quote in writing. Purchase orders are accepted subject to credit approval.

Pricing

Product prices cover merchandise only. Shipping and design are not included. Final shipping costs and any design services are quoted and confirmed before production.

Payment

Card payments are processed securely by Square at checkout. Your card details go directly to Square and never touch our servers.

Production

We confirm your project details and specifications before production. Custom and personalized products are made to order and are not returnable except for defects in materials or workmanship. Please review proofs carefully; approved proofs are final.
